Dispatch and cut-off time
Orders placed before 14:00 (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. You can also visit our Track my order page.
Delays and missing parcels
Delivery times are estimates from our couriers and can occasionally be affected by busy periods or bad weather. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If it is lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 30 days. See our returns and refund policy.
Shipping fragrances
Perfumes contain alcohol and are restricted for air transport, so we ship by road within the UK only.
