Returns and refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed with Safara Aroma, a trading name of MKAN ENTERPRISES LTD (company number 16480232, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom). It does not affect your statutory rights.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of the day you receive it. This is longer than the 14 days required by law. To cancel, email info@mkanenterprisesltd.co.uk with your order number, or use our contact form. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
For hygiene reasons, fragrances can only be returned for a change of mind if they are unopened, unused and still in their original sealed packaging (including any cellophane wrap). Once a seal has been broken we cannot accept the item back unless it is faulty.
How to return
- Contact us first with your order number and the items you want to return. We will email you our returns address and instructions. Please do not send returns to our registered office.
- Pack the items securely and use a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.
- For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you giving us proof that you sent them, if sooner). Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid; we do not refund the extra cost of a faster delivery option you chose. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than is needed to check it.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will cover the return postage and offer a full refund or replacement. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Gift wrap
Gift wrap is an optional extra at £1.99. If you cancel your whole order before it is dispatched, or a wrapped item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we refund the £1.99.
